Falmouth 2023

We went on a sailing course from Falmouth for 6 days to try a new activity, yay. The 'Competant Crew' training covers crewing a yacht under supervision and was a different way for us to see the lovely coastline whilst learning new tricks- hopefully!

After the sailing week it was a delight to stretch our legs for a week's hike picking up the South West Coast Path again from Falmouth on the south coast of Cornwall east to Plymouth (see our blog).
The path itself takes a huge loop round the south west tip of England from Minehead to Bournemouth through Devon, Cornwall and Dorset
