Crete 2016

Photos from our ten day trip out to the Greek island of Crete in April 2016 with a return via Athens. We did a few day hikes, a 4 day backpack in the Lefki Ori mountains in the south west corner of Crete as well as seeing some of the lovely sights such as the cities of Chania and Heraklion. Crete was home to the Minoan civilisation (which pre dates classical Greek) from around 2000BC to 1500BC.
