This afternoon we let the horses into the back yard, to snack on some of the new grass which was just starting to come up. Of course, my strategy here is to save me some lawn mowing this summer...let me tell you, it's going to work like a charm. If only we could keep the horses from scratching themselves on the little picketts of the fence...a 1200 lb horse can do quite a bit of damage to a rickety old fence...
