Twilight in the new residential-commercial neighborhood that's being built on top of the old commercial port and rail freight district on the eastern end of the Left Bank. The cranes and architecture remind me of my days in Berlin in 1995-96 bicycling through the giant construction site at Potsdamer Platz. Except that Paris Rive Gauche has the Seine!
