Grenoble and Lyon, July 2003

After Arsac, our next excursion was to Grenoble with our friends Anne and Arnaud and their four children. Anne's father lives above Grenoble (literally--in a village several hundred feet above the valley floor, in the massif of the Grande Chartreuse). We went to the museum of the French Revolution in Vizille. After Grenoble we saw our friends Stacey and Olivier in Lyon.
