This is the night of it's topping out in july 2012.so far not very much has been let. I hope it doesn't follow the same fate as the Empire State Building which although built in 1931 did not turn a profit until 1951.And indeed took more money in it's first year from viewing from the observation roof area than in rent.The Shard charges £25 a view so maybe they have thought of that.More at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E
