10% ABV - Ginger, burnt toffee, cherry, and a bit of rye bread welcome you to this wonderful medium bodied Belgian-style Dubbel. Cinnamon and a bit of oak (from the barrel it rested in) help round out the beer. I'm not sure why any Elf would lament over the creation of this beer.
