The Omaha chamber of commerce is going to be mad at me for this one. ha ha

So many people in Omaha fight the corn and beef stereotypes. Here I am giving it some legitimacy...in an historical sense anyway. Hey, I didn't make the sign....but I am proud of the heritage of Omaha as a meat packing town and food processing center.....as well as it's central role in Warehousing goods as they made their way across the continent.
