Nepal is a lovely place but you might also like to consider Northern West Bengal, with places like Darjeeling offering beautiful scenic images of the Himalayas.I went there last year and found it very beautiful and safer than Nepal (which I visisted the year before).

Brian I love the pics so much. I've searched throughout PBase for all pics of Nepal, and have fallen absolutely in love with all of them:) I'm planning on going to Nepal this coming end of May '04, after my exams are done for 3 three months. I'd love to hear more about your travel details, and tips. All I have to say, is that I'm one excited girl...that can't wait to till the spring.

Jenny, m and Matt, all photos in this gallery were taken within 2002.May-July and i was trekking in Langtang, Annapurna and Sagarmatha national parks and had a pleasure trip to Chitwan N.P.. I'd like to say to others who have a look at this gallery, it's not that difficult in physical to put yourself in front of the Everest, if only you got 10 or more days off works, then you can see the Everest with your own eyes.
