Nanaimo Harbour

(Please view original size)

Another grey and drab day on Vancouver Island.
More rain and wind in the forecast.
Don't you just love it when its cold and wet outside and you want to take a few shots.
Oh well. More days like this are coming, so making the best of it.

Very nice skyline enhanced by the dusting of snow on the mountains.

Great shot Brian, these waterfront condo's have always looked good, such a great setting......

Well done Brian - you have definitely captured the form of this imposing structure against the lovely mist-shrouded mountains.
Canon? Have you gone over to the 'darkside'? :)

Beautiful. Great composition. Love the tone and rich colors. The snowy mountain background gives this image a special character. v

I'm with Vince, below. Those condos have great views in ever direction. Bet it's spectacular on a clear, sunny day.

Very nice image, this must be a beautiful place on a sunny clear day , blue sky and puffy clouds.
Very nice composition , and I can just imagine the view staying on the 25 floor.

Fantastic shot. Given a choice to live in the high rise condo, it will be difficult to decide, whether to live facing the harbour or the mountains. Both are lovely views. Vote.

I wonder how much the top floor of that condo goes for, Brian, with the great harbour view?!!

Uncle! You convinced me. Brrr.
How about shooting indoors more? You don't seem to do that much. How about some people shots? Let the cold weather drive you to new heights in different directions.
