Three Welsh families were transported back to 1927 Welsh mining conditions
for a BBC Wales television series.
They spent 4 weeks living in tiny cottages in Stack Square in Blaenavon Ironworks, South Wales.
The men worked at the coalface of a local drift mine and the children attended a 1920's-style school.
The women had to heat water and cook food on a small coal-fired stove.
The series has been a huge success in Wales and is now going out on national TV.
I was lucky enough to get involved.
For viewing only. Thank you.

Looked at the series on TV. But these are very intimate images of those taking part.
