Here are a couple pictures of the installation of the CB and GPS in the G4. All wiring from the units comes down the driver side of the console in a 1/2 inch flexy split cable conduit. At the bottom of the dash the wiring splits out to its various destinations. The GPS power goes to the cig lighter on the cable supplied by Garmin. The GPS external antenna goes to the driver side door and out to the front of the rack where its magnetic mount is stuck to one of the light pads. The CB power goes behind the console and connects to the wiring for the cig lighter via a pair of vampire clips. The CB antenna lead goes behind the console, across to the passenger side and up behind the 'A' pillar to the headliner. It follows the vehicle wiring harness to the rear of the truck where it goes down to and through the door grommet. Once in the door, it follows the washer tubing out to the exterior of the door and connects to the CB antenna mount. The mount itself is made from a 2" section of 1.5x1.5" angle iron (bed frame), ground into shape, drilled and painted black except for where it contacts the tire mount and antenna mount.
