These pictures were taken in 2002 at the annual Jefferson 500 at the Summit Point race track in West Virginia. I wish the quality was better, they were taken with the old Sony Mavica camera using 3.5” floppy disks. This Porsche 907.005 LH , owned by Henry Payne III is the first car to win a 24 hour race at the annual Rolex in Daytona. The car won by 14 laps over its sister cars for a 1-2-3 finish for Porsche.
