Last day of vacation - we thought about getting up and heading straight for home, but since we were so close to the Vicksburg National Military Park, it seemed almost sinful to be so close and not make a stop. Are we glad we did - what a fascinating place. We went inside and bought a cassette that you play as you're driving through the park. What a sad time in our country's history.
