Hornets

Montz

I was shooting the bees. When I pulled it up on the screen I was surprised at what I could see in the nest. I will get rid of them before I leave in the morning love. Best viewed in original.

Very nice macro Breland. The color and composition are really good. Hard to keep both eyes open I'm guessing. :)

You have nerves of steel. I don't think I'd want to get this close. Sometimes they don't even want you in the vicinity. Amazing detail.

These are wasps and yes you should get rid of the nest. I usually just take a broom and knock em down. Not into chemical warfare. ;) Nice detailed shot. You can see the eggs/larvae.

We call them paper wasps here. Great beneficial little creatures, I just go round them & leave their nest alone, especially during daylight. Good shot of them Breland

Nice shot, Breland. Those look like the red ones that sting and hurt like heck when they get you.

It looks like there are many more that will soon be leaving their little capsules, whatever their little nests are called. Don't forget to get rid of them.
