Pink Crinum DSC_1597

Montz, Louisiana

I was able to finally use the new lens Gayle gave me for Fathers day. It seems to do a great job but will have to be tested more. I took about 20 shots of flowers in the yard and they all were pretty good. The 55-200 came out in April so I have not seen many other pictures taken with it.

The detail here is wonderful, Bre. Really great DoF, too.

Beautiful shot Breland. That's an excellent father's gift. Great dof and clarity I must say.
I can't wait to see all the bird closeups from you Breland.

Breland, this is great! I like how the BG is blurred. Nice detail and colors. Looks like a keeper lens.

Beautiful image. The buds look like candles.

This is beautiful, Breland! Are you and Gayle both using a D70 now? That sounds like a lot of fun :)
