This ship is at anchor waiting for a berth. You can see the tug struggling up river as it passes. While we were by the river the ship upped anchor and began to move up river. As it is a cargo ship I think it was going to Reserve as that is the only cargo terminal close by (about 10 miles up river). The next closest would be Baton Rouge (about 50 miles)
