I've shot a lot of pictures at Harper's Ferry over the last few years, but I've never been happy with them. It seems like I always manage to get there when the light is at its harshest, or the sky is a typical midsummer haze out. In order to beat this, I decided to get there early this morning and shoot with the rising sun. The results are better, but there's still plenty of shots I wouldn't mind another chance at. Next time I think I'll shoot film too.
