The Junco on the left is very interesting, because it seems to have some light-colored feathers on its throat. My guess is that it is a female Oregon Junco, because the flanks are narrower than they would be for a Pink-sided Junco, and the hood is a darker gray color. On the right is a Slate-colored Junco.
