Uniquely, in the middle of the main rotunda, the altar of grace rises magnificently above the place of the apparitions of the shepherd Hermann Leicht,
with the depictions of the 14 holy helpers in need, elegantly in the Rococo style.

Built according to plans by Balthasar Neumann constructed between 1743 and 1772,
the church is dedicated to the Fourteen Holy Helpers in Need.
