The magnificent, lavishly designed palace directly on the market square was built between 1716 and 1718 by master builder Josef Greising.
A double staircase, the magnificent portal with the prince-bishop's coat of arms, the roof turrets and the artistically designed gargoyles underline the representative character of the building.
