Signs of Autumn

The main sign of Autumn is, if the leaves on the trees start to turn wonderful colors like orange and yellow.
Also dogs start to grow their winter coat and it starts to get chilly outside(if you live in a 4 season area).
Other signs.....
Halloween supplies start to get sold in your local stores
Local farms starts to have pumpkins and are selling them.
Apple fields start to open.
Ice cream shops start to close for the next seasons.
Candy goes on sale.
Winter clothes start to get into the stores.

I do miss the change of seasons as my life used to revolve around the seasons. Here, I wait for the temperatures to moderate, the leaves to turn brown and fall, and Christmas decorations to be displayed before Halloween. None of it makes sense to me. Bring on the fall colors and the crisp cool air and pumpkin pie!
