Marksburg Castle above the town of Braubach on the Middle Rhine.
Marksburg is the only hilltop castle in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley that has never been destroyed.

I like this rough, but also very pittoresque landscape along the Rhine,
viewed it so many times from a train window, while travelling from Nl to Ulm (and v.v.) Always wanted to do this track on a bike.
