I deeply enjoy this delicate night scene, Boris.
The sky is not completely dark yet and we can imagine many cosy scenes of common life behind the lit up window.
The multicoloured reflections in the water (a river, a canal...) add a joyful touch. The angle and the vertical format you chose seem to me quite suitable.
