See he also had a cigar-maker,this to cure Fissures of the anus which were quite common with cowboys riding their horse the whole day I am told.Just stick a cigar in,leave it there for 1 day or so,and cure was on the way.
A bit of a waste to use a Cohiba or a Monte Cristo for this ;-))
