seriously man, this is a total waste of money and time. why not keep the capital where it presently is..koror? you know how much money will be saved by doing so? one thing is for sure, it will be mega millions of dollars, so much time, to move the capital from koror to melekeok, and right now palau doesn't have that kind of money. they need to spend wisely for their country's sustainability, not because of traditional laws, but for their economy in the future. they need to think of the long run and not the short run. just my opinion.
