NGC5907 The Splinter Galaxy

NGC5907 is an almost edge on spiral galaxy in the constellation Draco.
Inclined about 7 degrees from our line of sight it shows little or no central bulge.
This faint galaxy has a length of 14 arc minutes and a width of only 1.4 arc minutes.

101x180 second 1600 iso sub exposures
Celestron C11 at F/6.3 and CGE mount ST-4 guided
Canon 300D
Dark and flat calibrated
