Great Blue Heron Juvenile released by wildlife rehabilitor

This young Great Blue Heron was suffering from lead poisoning when taken in at Centre Wildlife Care in Centre County, PA. The bird was healthy enough to release into the wild on November 7, 2018. These are some of the images that were obtained of the bird as it started to explore its new home.
