2019 Daily Diversion Episode 125 - We continue with our wonderful morning at Cook's Slough in Uvalde. At one point, after we had spent about an hour at the park, we met another birder who offered to show us around. I do this quite often for people that I meet at Mills Pond, Berry Springs Park or other places I'm quite familiar with. We took him up on it and really enjoyed his company. His name is Bob Rasa (he posts as Robert F. Rasa here and on birding groups on Facebook. He knew every square inch of the place, knew every butterfly, dragonfly and birds species that we encountered and had wonderful stories. It was a joy to be around him and I'm thankful to have made his acquaintance. I hope you enjoy this set!
