I get it, Bob. I guess we have a philosophical difference.
In the model shooting and post processing I have done, I (long ago) decided to show the model as I think they would like to see themselves.
No matter how perfect the model appears to me in the shoot, they look in the mirror every day and see things that they don't like about themselves. I look to make small improvements to the extent that when they look at the images, they like them but they don't see my adjustments. If my post processing jumps out that them, I have gone way too far.
To the Guest that made the comment below: You are correct it would be easy to remove those lines but I prefer to leave the models I shoot as intact as I can. This image has been modified to a minimum. Thank you for your comments.

Nice image but I would clone out the horizontal lines between her belly button and pubes. It is simple to do and would be a favor to her as well. Just a suggestion.
