Out and About in the Spring and Summer of 2005

This gallery is intended to be a kind of pot pouri of interesting sights around Iowa and beyond during the Spring and Summer of 2005. I started this gallery on April 8, 2005 -- with photos shot while on a trip to Storm Lake, Iowa. The rural scene was just beginning to "green up." I'll continue shooting into the summer season. On May 15 I left my usual route C-16 to my church near Peterson, Iowa, and followed a gravel road to capture the scenes of the Little Sioux River and the horses in the pasture.
