Moonrise (and a full moon at that) on August 29th was just a few minutes after sunset, so I headed out to Encanto Park looking to capture some interesting images. The receeding golden hour light, along with the glass of the buildings in the background, provided a unique contrast in light/shadows. I had to bracket exposure in many of the moonrise images in order to obtain the desired effect, and even then less than 1/10th of those were suitable.
