1/5 - The Last One

Home, Kitchen

I don't know what it is at your house that signals the real end to the holidays but at my place it
is the last Rice Crispy Treat. While these could be made anytime of the year they only seem to get
done between Thanksgiving and New Years. Regardless of when the decorations come down, seeing the
last one of these on the plate really tells me the season is over. It is bitter sweet.

On a side note I would like to thank my Washington Redskins for one hell of a year. Never had a team
endured so much and still fought so hard to finish a season well. The boys done good and I am as proud
of them as any fan of any team can be. Hail!

Yummy, Yummy! Kim only made 8 different Christmas cookies this year, so we have plenty left over. Don't be sad.... I can send you a care package!

All of us boys from Seattle would like to thank you for your support during this time of year as we head off on to the road to the super bowl!

If I'd been paying attention, I would have taken care of that last treat for you. ;-)

I can't eat just one marshmallow Rice Krispy treat. Ain't even possible. Congrats to your Redskins, I agree with what you've said.

Hope it was a fine holiday season for you and yours, too. And I cheered for your Skins. :-)

Here it is just the last box back in the attic (at about 4pm today).

I was pulling for the Skins too!
