Saturday night I did homemade stuffing, rolled that up in a turkey breast I had butterflied and then
wrapped the whole thing in about a pound of bacon. I tied this bundle up with butcher's twine and
tossed it on the grill for an hour and 15 minutes or so. This was paired with grilled asparagus and a
nice Pinot Noir for one very nice meal.
