The Meramec River in Missouri had been in flood submerging all the gravel bars. This is one of the few places I found to set up my tripod, though both me and my tripod has to stand in a foot of water. The sun had just hit the morning mist and it was streaming up and disappearing. Always a great time to be on the river. The area in Vilander Bluffs, part of Onondaga State Park.
