Actually, this park is what defined Canada to be. The war between the French and the British took place there, the winner took the whole country. It was about 200 French paysans against the British military fleet of the time, of course it was a massacre. Today, on the Quebec's car plates, the moto is 'Je me souviens', still remembering that massacre. This year, Canada celebrates its 150th anniversary, even though Quebec City is about 425 years old! Quite a bit of history overall.
