Bill is too thick, and squarish for michahellis, with a too marked gonys, primary proyection is short and white primary pattern doesn't fit, making it very unlikely to be a michahellis. Anyway I have to say that there are a few characters that fit in some way, like mantle colour and head and body structure that may lead to confusion.
