Interesting!
Near the centre of this photograph is a curious "trifid" system of what seems to be three connected craterlets which became "one".
The "trifid" system is adjacent (or slightly outside) of to the northeastern end of Fracastorius's vanishing wall.

Wasn't this the area which was not very well photographed during the mission of Lunar-Orbiter IV ? (the near-side's eastern regions).
