Image taken Udate=10/31/05, Utime=09:48. Equipment was a Takahashi FSQ-106, Televue 5x Powermate and a Toucam 840 Pro webcam.

You can see several belts on the planet, the major gap in the rings (i.e. the Cassini division) and at the upper left the shadow of the planet on the rings.

Hi I am working on book about astronomy and would like to use your picture of Saturn (taken on 10/31/2005) as an example of images taken by amateur astronomers.
