Note the small melting southern polar cap at 1 o'clock and the clouds over the north polar cap at about 7 o'clock. The yellowing bright area at 2 - 3 o'clock may be a cloud or dust storm. Since many telescopes (especially ones used in the past) invert the image it is traditional to show the south polar cap at the top.
