These really are terrific. This really gives me, just an average viewer, the impression as if I am travelling back in t ime. Some of these shots would be great candidates for being turned into old fashioned sepia black and whites, adding a few dust specks and scratches... you know what I mean. This really is a fantastic series and is goes without saying that the whole series gets my vote.

"The period dress, vintage homes, buildings, & machines all harken back to what might have been a better time in what used to be OUR COUNTRY'S past. Even in the subjective nature of referring to it as "a better time" it certainly was a less violent time filled with moral ambiguouity. I believe it was a time when everyone knew the difference of not just following the law but of right and wrong. I think. Maybe racism and class warfare were present. But at least it wasn't being committed by children like in our alleged modern world of today. What is a Country? Dr. Michael Savage has described a county as Borders, Language, and Culture. This sounds reasonable until those that seek to destroy our country violently and indignantly protest those three ideals as unfair and racist. I'm convinced that the popularity of vintage and re-enactment groups today is a politically correct way of saying no to those who would force us to become exactly what they ran from in THEIR OWN, BORDERS, LANGUAGE, & CULTURE."
