Robin in the snow

I took a short hike on Saturday Up Heflin Canyon trail and found a flock of Robin's several hundred strong, I take it they were migrating and got caught in a return of winter, I watched them untill they felt comfortable around me then took some photos. look back through the last five photos for a look. some say to get good bird photos you need a great camera and Lens
but I think you have to have talent

It is fluffed up from the cold. Beautiful shot. Bet it's sorry it didn't stay south longer.

Are you sure the Robin wasn't frozen in place. This really makes me feel the cold. I can't wait for spring.
