I use a resorcinol glue, most commonly sold as "Weld Wood". It's a dry powder that is mixed with water.
With all of the modern glues on the market, I still believe it is the best wood working glue available.
Here I am brushing a thick coat on both sides of each lamination to ensure that there is total contact.
