Family Ichneumonidae

Possibly a candidate for Cylloceria, especially if the tip of the ovipositor were somewhat bent upward (can't tell at this angle) and if the abdomen's almost entirely black (hidden by the wings). Otherwise, an apically-straight ovipositor and white-banded abdomen could instead suggest Coleocentrus flavipes.
