Hawaii - The Big Island

The Big Island of Hawaii has an incredible diversity of landscapes, barren lavafields, tropical jungles, grasslands and cactus studded deserts, even snow covered peaks. The full island tour by helicopter is a great way to see many of the island's sights which are inaccessible from the ground. It is worth the money. The Big Island also contains numerous historic sites of the ancient Hawaiians.

Very nice collection of big island photos.
I'm still wary of trying a helicopter ride but obviously the persepctive from the helicopter in some of your shots especially the volcano ones are great.
