KINDLY NOTE: It is not Saas (mother in law- - Bahu (Daughter in law) Temple. It is actually Sahastra (10000) Baahu (arms) Temple Meaning temple dedicated to Vishnu having 1000 arms [Vishnu of thousand arms is the Sun]

After seeing your other galleries through your profile, seems you are doing what I wish to do in the future. When I first saw this gallery through Google I thought it was just a page of pics created by someone from Gwalior or India. However, your other galleries, of Dubai, Africa, and other countries are even more awesome. Thank you for sharing such numerous and high quality pictures describing all your journeys as if we are traveling with you.

This is pretty great, currently living in New York, and for first time I am expecting to visit a relative in Gwalior soon and its quite rare to find pictures of everyday life and people. Good work and if there was a donation option on this site, I would have liked to shown my appreciation. I am looking forward to more everyday pictures of the different area's of Gwalior if possible. However, from the looks of your profile, you don't seem to live in Gwalior or even India for that matter. Living the awesomely free travelers life I am assuming?

Hi, I live in gwalor for 20 odd years, compleated my schooling and colledge fm this city.Now I am in delhi since last 15 yrs but still this city and its people remains close to my heart. The picures u have shown are nice but I think u have travelled only in and around gwalior fort. There are more good things u can show on this portal, our university, mlb collede, pics of morden gwalior. Fm your pics it seems that gwalior is a small village, but its not so its a modern city with all the aminites and nice and educated people.I am sorry but this is not the true picture of gwalior you have shown.

I was born in Gwalior and was brought up and studied in Delhi.I usually visit Gwalior and get relief from the stress of the work. Nice collection of photos of the city. I recently visited Gwalior as a tourist and was amazed to see the beauty of the city. Clean and wide roads, helpful persons and so much to see and explore. May be photos of other attractions of the city (apart from fort) be added. Also nearby places like Mitaoli, Padhavali and Kankanmath are wonderful.

the pics you have taken shows only the backwardness of the city, may be intentionally you wanted to show how bad is the city,if you will take such type of pictures of advanced city like banagalore those will also be like of gwalior.

I THINK THE PHOTOGRAPHER IS HELL BEND ON SHOWING GWALIOR AS A RURAL AND BACKWARD PLACE.GWALIOR IS NOT ONLY WHAT U SEE HERE IT IS A LOT MORE.IT HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PICTURE TO IT ALL URBAN N MODERN.THIS CITY HAS PROGRESSED WITH LEAPS AND BOUNDS WITH KEEPING ITS HISTORY SAFE AND SECURE AND THATS NEED TO BE SOWN.SO KINDLY GIVE AN UNBIASED VIEW OF THE CITY

nice..yes..definately..but the thing is..gwalior is much more than what you have shown..(im talking as a person whose lived here for 20 years now!)...i mean gwalior shown here is rural..basic..bare..there are other parts of this city which are modern..well kept and very beautiful (which have been totally omitted here)..no offence but gwalior's not only bricks and stones...there is cement too!(if you understand what im saying :)!!
