Our first attempt to get to Busuanga on Cebu Pacificc	After the first flight cancelled for "weather" we arrive 18 hours late	Apparently Cebu Pacific's ATRs need 5 miles visibilitiy for a visual approach at Busuanga	Cebu Pacific ATR (RP-C7251) - no longer our first choice in the Philippines
