Yesterday's attempt was a lesson in how not to catch a rooster, but it worked
great as a rooster repellent. He wasn't fooled for a second.

While watering the fruit trees yesterday, I saw where he has made nests in the mulch
under several of the trees. He has also made a big nest under the pine trees.
