Ulcinj

this place used to be pirate heaven... from this port - montenegro's southernmost city - they raided the mediterranean for centuries. the old town is lovely and since it's a hike up to it from the beach, lazy tourists don't come up there. walking around the stone houses and the defensive walls, you... arghhh, ye that great good pirate feeling all over again.
