Prishtina

Kosovo's capital feels like an occupied city, with UNMIK's (United Nations Mission in Kosovo) huge white headquarters like a citadel surrounded by concrete barricades, smack dab in the middle of the town, and hundreds of white UN vehicles swarming the streets. The people are lovely, but starting to resent the UN presence.
